These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of One Happy Jukebox (“the Service”), including the client at juke.dade.tube and the related browser extension. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
One Happy Jukebox is software that lets guests at a location suggest and queue videos for playback on a jukebox host device. The Service is provided for personal and venue use as-is.
If you operate the Service in a public venue—including bars, restaurants, churches, event spaces, or any other place where music or video is performed or displayed for an audience—you are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any broadcast licenses, public performance rights, mechanical licenses, PRO affiliations, or other permissions required by law in your jurisdiction. The authors and distributors of the Service do not grant such rights and do not monitor or enforce compliance at your venue.
You are also responsible for ensuring that content queued through the Service complies with applicable law, venue rules, and third-party platform terms (including YouTube’s terms of use).
You agree not to use the Service to harass others, queue unlawful content, interfere with the host system, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to networks or devices. The jukebox operator may remove users from the queue, end sessions, or restrict access at their discretion.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that playback, search, or connectivity will meet your requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service providers, contributors, and operators of juke.dade.tube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ten united states dollars (us $10.00) if you paid nothing.
If you operate a public venue or host a jukebox session, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service providers from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, content played at your venue, or your failure to obtain required licenses or permissions.
The Service relies on third-party platforms and networks. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or content removal.
We may modify these Terms or discontinue features at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the location of the Service operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that location, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
